1. What is your pricing policy?

Our prices may vary depending on material availability, order volume, and market conditions. Once you contact us with your specific requirements, we will provide an updated quotation and price list.

2. Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes. All international orders require a consistent minimum order quantity.
If you are a reseller or need smaller quantities, please contact us — we’ll advise the most suitable purchasing options or recommend available stock products.

3. Can you provide the necessary documentation?

Yes. We can supply most export documents, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformity, Insurance Certificates, Certificates of Origin, and any other documentation required for customs clearance or import purposes.

4. What is the average lead time?
  • Samples: around 7 days.

  • Mass production: typically 20–30 days after receiving the deposit.
    Lead time starts once (1) we receive your deposit and (2) you confirm the final product details.
    If your project has a strict deadline, please let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to meet your schedule.

5. What payment methods do you accept??

We accept payments via bank transfer (T/T), Western Union, or PayPal.
A 30% deposit is required upfront, and the remaining 70% balance is payable against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

7. Can you ensure safe and reliable delivery?

Yes. We always use high-quality export packaging.
For specific goods, we also use certified hazardous-goods packaging or temperature-controlled shipping as needed.
Custom or non-standard packaging requests may incur additional costs.

8. How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs depend on your chosen delivery method.

  • Express courier: fastest but most expensive.

  • Sea freight: most economical for bulk orders.
